Six year old medical records

I have a six year old that was born premature with a genetic condition. She suffers from cardiac, pulmonary issues and seizures. We were transferred hospitals them accused of medical abuse. We desperately need help.
I have her medical records with me and would like a review of them to confirm or disprove her doctors for six years have stated.
