Pulmonary Valve Replacement

I need 5 black and white images for a publication on pulmonary valve replacement. Images needed would be as follows:

1) Pulmonary valve implant with transverse pulmonary arteriotomy
2) Pulmonary valve implant with longitudinal pulmonary arteriotomy and anterior patch augmentation
3) Right ventricle to pulmonary artery conduit insertion
4) The location of the left main coronary artery to the native pulmonary annulus
5) Probing of the left main coronary artery from the aorta

I have attached a few representative photographs labeled with the numbers above of what we would be looking for. Let me know if you have any interest and if so, the ballpark on cost.
