Need a medical or STEM academic research publication in Journal

Willing to hire someone to write and publish a research publication of any sort in any academic journal. The topics can vary; however, medical, biology, chemistry, biochemistry, etc... other STEM subjects are preferred. Public Health is also acceptable. The journal should be based in the United States, Europe, or International.
