Medical opinion

I need a medical expert opinion asap from any licensed Dr based on a rare disease G.A.V.E.- I have not received a call back from existing dr’s and the nurses tell me to make an appointment but the appointment is not any good if the jail will not take him to the appointment. In small town Mississippi if you have marijuana you are basically thrown in jail and the jail doesn’t care if your sick. Someone please help me. I don’t need an evaluation etc etc I just need a letter. Please help me.
