You will receive the original files in their native language along with any glossaries I already maintain; I need them returned in the target language in the same layout, headings, and pagination so my medical staff can file them without extra formatting work.
Because these reports feed directly into patient records, confidentiality is non-negotiable. A signed NDA will be required before I share the source material. I will review your first translated report for consistency of terminology, clarity for healthcare professionals, and precise rendering of numeric data (lab values, dosages, dates). Once that first piece is approved we can move through the remaining files on an agreed-upon schedule.
