Medical Nexus

I have multiple service connected injuries from my time in the Army. I need letters that link my documented military injuries and current diagnosis. I have current diagnosis for three injuries or illnesses, but I need a medical professional to state that they are at least as likely as not, associated with my service. Everything that I need help with is either already diagnosed or I am actively receiving disability for an associated illness/injury. As an example, I have diagnosed bilateral plantar fasciitis. I am currently service connected for both of my knees, my back, and radiculopathy down the right leg, and have documentation of shin splints on active duty. I believe that the PF is connected to my other back and/or leg problems. I am not asking for anyone to make definitive statements of connection - only the statement "at least as likely as not", would be required in the documents. I have samples of the document as well, so it is very straight forward. Thank you.
