Medical Consultation Transcription System

The process is very simple and follows the structure below:
1. Audio Capture
• 01: The system must allow real-time audio recording of medical consultations in three scenarios:
Capturing both the doctor's and the patient's voices.
Capturing the voices of the doctor, the patient, and an accompanying person.
Capturing only the doctor's voice as they describe the consultation after the patient has left.
• 02: There must be a manual functionality for the doctor to start and stop the recording.
• 03: The system must notify the patient about the recording and request their consent before starting.
• 04: Recordings must be securely stored and linked to the corresponding patient profile.
2. Audio-to-Text Transcription
• 05: The system must automatically transcribe audio recordings into text with high accuracy, recognizing specific medical terminology.
• 06: It should be able to identify and differentiate between the doctor’s and the patient’s speech in the transcription.
• 07: The transcription should be available for review and editing by the doctor before generating the final report.
3. Medical Report Generation
• 08: The system must generate structured medical reports based on the transcriptions, following the SOAP format (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) and in compliance with Mexican regulation NOM-004-SSA3-2012 regarding clinical records (link).
• 09: The reports must include specific sections for reported symptoms, clinical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans. The system should allow choosing between predefined report formats or creating custom formats.
• 10: It must allow additional notes or comments from the doctor. The final result must be exportable in different formats depending on the client’s needs (PDF or similar).
All of these requirements are already covered in the reference app mentioned, so it is a fairly straightforward system.
We require the quote to include both a SaaS version and a standalone version, so we can determine which is more suitable for this pilot and MVP stage. In both cases, we must be able to define how many transcriptions are allowed, similar to the model shown here: https://dorascribe.ai/pricing/
For the standalone version, we only need an easy installation process for individual use cases, with the ability to define resources like disk space and number of transcriptions.
For the SaaS version, everything should be manageable from a Super Admin panel.
