Medic data input

I wonder if there is a doctor who has common knowledge about diagnose, symptoms, etc to fill the database i have.
Basically i need the data input from CMS website. the material can be from wiki or book or anything which have complete, detail, and accurate diagnose and symptom data.
Please let me know if someone able to do it. 1 day for one diagnose data is ok. I target to have at least 100 diagnoses in around 3 months.
