MRSA Urine Analysis & Demographics Research

Job ID: 38181068

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I'm spearheading a medical research initiative concentrating on Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) presence in urine samples. My primary aim is demographic analysis, delving into the correlation between varied factors and instances of MRSA.

Key components of my research include:
1. Analysis of Patient Demographics: I'll heavily focus on patients' geographical location and medical history.
2. Analysis of MRSA Isolates in Urine: Using the collected data, I aim to reveal patterns regarding the presence of MRSA in urine samples.

I’m hoping to uncover:
- The prevalence of MRSA in urine samples.
- The antibiotic resistance patterns of the MRSA isolates.
- The genetic characteristics of MRSA strains in urine.

The ideal candidate for this project would be someone who has a widespread experience in handling medical data, proficient in biostatistics with a keen ability to discern and decode complex patterns, and with a background in genetic analysis or epidemiological research. They should also have a deep understanding of microbiology, specifically focused on MRSA.
