Looking for a Virtual Medical Assistant- Long term Work
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
You must have at least 3/7 of following experience:
1. Medical field or have been a virtual assistant before.
2. Having a sense of medical terminology is a PLUS
3. Responding to patients or clients (customer service)
4. Booking appointments for registered patients or customer
5. Booking appointments for new patients or customer
6. Appointment scheduling for patients or customer
7. Have worked with an executive as an assistant
To qualify that you are not a bot and see if you do have the skills, you must answer ONE of the following questions below: and include it in your proposal:
1. Accessing an electronic medical record sometimes require for you to be in the same country. What would you do if you can't access a file that we share because you are not in Canada?
2. You see that there is a patient who wants to book for an in-clinic visit but the time that they asked for is not available. How would you reply?
3. You are handling a phsyician's email and you see there is an urgent email where a patient looks like they need immediate care, what would you do?
