Data required for medical projct

I am in need of data for a medical project that I am working on. Specifically, I require patient demographics data for this project. It is not necessary that the data be anonymized, however it would be great if it could be. Additionally, the date of the data is not important and so I have no preference as to how recently it was collected. I am looking for a freelancer with experience in finding, gathering, and cleaning medical data, and I would love to hear from someone with the skills to help me get the data I need.
