DOCTOR WANTED TO CREATE MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS: TOPIC NEURORADIOLOGY -- 2

I have a project that comprises radiology images with questions and answers. I need this transformed into multiple choice questions on an excel file, ie what I mean is each question will need 'false answers' added. This will be used for educational purposes.
