I’m building an online service that offers real-time medical advice to patients exclusively through a secure chat interface. To keep up with demand, I’d like a licensed medical professional who can step in and handle consultations, answer follow-up questions, and document each interaction clearly inside the system.
Here’s what the work looks like day to day: patients open a chat, share their symptoms or lab results, and you guide them with evidence-based recommendations, prescription suggestions when appropriate, and clear next-step instructions. All communication happens inside our encrypted web app—no video or email—so you can focus purely on concise, empathetic text responses.
When you apply, please attach examples of past telemedicine or chat-based advisory work that show your bedside manner and clinical reasoning. I’m especially interested in any experience covering primary-care-style triage, chronic-condition management, or after-hours support.
Key expectations
• Timely replies during the agreed-upon shift hours

• Respect for privacy regulations (HIPAA/GDPR compliance built in on our side, but your workflows should reflect them)
