Charm EHR Intake Form Customization
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Having chosen Charm EHR as our preferred Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, I need assistance in customizing our patient intake forms. The expected scope of work includes:
- Adding additional fields: I need additional fields incorporated to capture more detailed patient information.
- Incorporating custom validation rules: I need the system to automatically verify and validate some of the information entered.
- Developing dynamic sections: Some parts of the form need to change based on prior patient responses.
In total, we are looking at developing between 1 to 5 different intake forms.
An ideal candidate for this project will have worked with Charm EHR and is experienced with creating custom intake forms. Additionally, knowledge of macros or other automation techniques for validation is preferred. This will help us ensure a smooth, efficient intake process that reduces data entry errors and improves our processing time.
