Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, etc.)
Monitor and report changes in patient health status to nursing staff
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Help with mobility and transfer of patients
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Document care provided accurately and timely
Follow care plans and ensure patient comfort and dignity
Requirements:
Valid New York State CNA Certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a healthcare facility preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, reliable, and responsible
