I need help writing a book

The book is about how I learned to interpret medical laboratory tests and the effect of plant-based foods on laboratory tests. While I was married to a Vietnam veteran who was very ill, my passion for helping him live resulted in understanding his blood chemistry and diet, the strategies I learned extending his life and resulted in years of research.
