help with writing
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Assessment Requirements You must submit all of the following items: 1. Case study (depression or anxiety presentation) 2. Anonymised consent 3. Evidence of a minimum of 5 hours of clinical CBT supervision Students will submit a written case study of a completed, or partially completed, treatment programme (minimally 5 therapy sessions) of a client presenting with common mental health disorder (depression or any anxiety disorder, such as: specific phobias, OCD, panic disorder, agoraphobia, GAD and health anxiety). The work should not contain client identifying information nor identify any organisation. The written case study should provide a reflective analysis on the CBT work carried out with the client, highlighting the therapeutic choices made and possible (better) alternatives in order to enhance practice. The written case study is a scholarly piece of work and needs to showcase your academic skills such as your ability to think critically and analytically and your ability to clearly demonstrate your knowledge, understanding and application of CBT. With all academic assignments, structure and flow is important. You should begin with an introduction (approx. 300-400 words). This sets out your aims for the written case study, as well as provide a very brief overview of the case you have selected (perhaps in a table). After that, please follow this structure. PART 1: A critical review of the treatment undertaken with reference to the literature and research on the use of CBT for the treatment of the specific problems of this client. This critical review is included to evidence-base the student’s interventions (approx. 1600-1700 words) PART 2: A critical reflective analysis (approx. 1000 words) You should conclude your written case study with a very brief summary and conclusion. Considerations: • Word count: 3000 words ± 10% • You need to provide a reference list and all citations and references need to adhere to the HSK referencing guidelines (similar to APA 7th edition). • Markers will use the document Marking Criteria and Feedback Form - Level 7 Written Coursework. You should make yourself familiar with this document before you begin writing your assignment as this will give you a good indication of what the marker is looking for, and the weighting that each element attracts. • The written case study must be presented as a word document. If you submit work that cannot be opened, it cannot be marked and you will receive a mark of 0%. • Anonymised consent – it must be clear that you have gained informed consent to record the session. You may use your own organisation’s form or create one of your own. Consent may be provided via authorisation by your manager. It needs to be in the appropriate format; Microsoft Word. If only one page, you can take a digital photo of competed form and then upload.
