These texts are already being used inside an established business, so every term, abbreviation, and instruction must remain fully compliant with industry standards and local regulations once rendered in the target language.
You will be working with medical-grade vocabulary (think device specifications, clinical protocols, and user guides), so I’m looking for someone who is not only a fluent native writer in [Language] but also comfortable navigating healthcare terminology. Consistency in style, formatting, and numbered references is essential because the translated files drop straight into our existing publishing workflow.
I’m happy to provide bilingual glossaries and previous material for reference, and I’m open to you using CAT tools such as SDL Trados, memoQ, or Wordfast to speed things up—as long as the final output is clean and ready to publish. Confidentiality is a must; a brief NDA will be supplied before the source files are shared.
Deliverables

• One revision round after my in-house review
