Request for medical doctors to write MCQs

Hello,
I need a team of doctors to paraphrase questions and write explanations for each choice to build a large Qbank for our website. It is a long-term project with a lot of opportunities for successful candidates.
Please find attached the "instructions" document which explains everything about how to write the questions and explanations to fit our Qbank style. I also attached an example document with cardiology questions that has been done by another candidate.
The initial rate for our questions will be $2 per question with consideration of increasing the rate to a higher price if you provided satisfactory work.
