Recruiter for medical writers

Hello -
I'm looking for a healthcare recruiter to find medical writers (prefer medical doctors or PhD's who write for medical journals). Each writer must be skilled (with previous writings to prove it) of Regulatory Submissions; Clinical Study Reports; Investigator Brochures; Medical Devices, etc.
The preferred field of focus for each writer is Oncology.
