• Concise research briefs summarising best-practice findings, complete with citations.
• Clear, engaging patient education resources—videos, hand-outs, or interactive content—tested for comprehension.
Acceptance criteria
• Advice aligns with recognised medical standards and includes cited references.
• Research documents draw on up-to-date peer-reviewed literature.
• Education materials score at or below a sixth-grade readability level and incorporate culturally sensitive language.
