Pharma Medical Education Grant Proposals

Need an experienced medical grant writer who can write grant proposals to pharmaceutical companies requesting funding to support medical education. Ideally someone with a PhD who can articulate education gaps, root causes, develop learning objectives etc. Must have experience in writing grant proposals for big pharma.
