Presentation Summary for Cost-Savings Deck

I’m preparing a cost-savings presentation for the CEO and CFO of a hospital system. The first few slides are the most important: they break down different product categories we offer and highlight the price discounts and percentage savings compared to what they’re currently using.

First Three Slides on "cross reference": These are key because they show substantial savings in the biologics cost-savings initiative. Each slide will detail how much can be saved by switching to our products, though I’m not focusing on all the granular comparable details—just the percentage discounts and overall price reductions.

Second document "tower health proposal": This will be an example of bone biologics I’ve sourced, showing cheaper alternatives. Right now, I don’t have usage or pricing data from the hospital, but once they provide that, I can negotiate even better deals.

Third document (Case Study): This is a case study on Proteios that shows how another organization saved $653,000 in eight months. That’s a highlight I’ll incorporate to show potential savings.

AllSpire Pricing Slide: This is to illustrate that if they prefer to stay on Premier GPO pricing, I can get them to the best reimbursement tiers, even if they stay within that contract. for example they would get tier 1-2 i can negotiate tier 4 which is the best option. Additionally they will get a 5-6% quarterly rebate and its cheaper than Stryker which isnt even on contract

Calagy Recovery Slide: This is about an arbitration service that can help the hospital recoup 75-85% of out-of-network claims. For example, if 5% of their 100,000 annual ED patients are out-of-network and each claim is $2,000, that’s a multi-million dollar recovery opportunity. 100,000 patients x $2000 = $10,000,000 in recovery opportunity

Recap and Resolve Slides: These are proprietary software solutions that could be very valuable to the hospital. Recap consolidates medical records from thousands of databases into a summary in 24-72 hours with no integration cost. Resolve assigns care coordinators to close care gaps and improve outcomes, which may also boost compensation. 100,000 patients x $500 average for CPT codes = $50,000,000 in net revenue opportunity

In short, the pitch is about introducing these services and emphasizing that they can deliver comprehensive record summaries quickly and at no cost, and that there’s significant revenue opportunity based on the number of patients and the average CPT code reimbursement.--
