Neurology Consultation Report Needed

I have recently experienced three alarming episodes that involved loss of consciousness, generalized convulsions, and tongue-biting. Each event left me confused for several minutes afterward. My primary physician has started me on Depakine Chrono 500 mg, yet no formal neurologic work-up has been completed. This is my first experience with anything of this nature, and I need a specialist’s written assessment to guide my next steps.

What I need from you
• A concise consultation report that discusses the most likely diagnosis and lists the investigations required next (EEG, MRI brain with epilepsy protocol, relevant blood work, and valproate level monitoring).
• Clear safety advice covering driving, swimming, operating machinery, and other activity or lifestyle restrictions appropriate for someone newly started on valproate with possible seizure disorder.
• Follow-up recommendations outlining when I should seek urgent review versus routine review, and suggested timelines for repeat testing or medication adjustments.
