Medical expert

Kaiser gave me Losartan and should never have given it to me which caused all kinds of medical issues. Leg swelling and shortness of breath and I ended up in the hospital with congenital heart failure. In addition they did not give me my water pills that also added to the swelling. The emergency department stopped the Losartan but the damage had already been done.
I was also given Nortriptyline another medication that has caused harm and should not have been given to all my medial issues. I need an expert that can address these two medications and the harm it has caused
