Hello,
My grandmother is currently in Egypt and reacquires open heart surgery. In order to convey what's happened to the embassy to start the process of getting her over here for this surgery, they have requested a letter stating her current medical situation, the operation needed, and why she should leave the country for this surgery. We already have a physician in Europe who will operate, but because of the language barrier the initial request was denied due to translation issues.
