Key tasks and requirements include:
- Examine historical medical records for events and diagnoses without treatment.
- Evaluate any patterns or outcomes from the absence of treatment.
- Provide a structured report summarizing findings and implications.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong background in medical data analysis or health informatics.
- Experience with patient history review and outcome analysis.
The end product will be a summary and timeline with opinions provided of medical mistakes, and the contractor will also compare the history provided with a list of regulations and potential claims. VERY MEDICAL DETAIL oriented - if you enjoy a complex problem and a multi page (20 or more) report at the end this may be for you!! The inputs needed to review will be 200 pages or so of medical history, 100+ pages of regulations and 200+ pages of claims history.
