Medical Director—Home Health
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m searching for a qualified medical professional to serve as the designated Medical Director for my home-health agency. The role begins immediately and centers on three critical areas:
• Patient care planning – review and sign off on individualized care plans, offer clinical guidance to nursing staff, and be available for case conferences as needed.
• Staff training & education – develop concise in-service modules, host periodic virtual or on-site sessions, and verify that competency checklists remain up to date.
• Compliance & regulatory oversight – monitor our adherence to CMS Conditions of Participation and all state regulations, keep policy manuals current, and prepare the team for surveys or audits.
I need someone who can step in quickly, establish clear medical governance, and maintain ongoing oversight. Familiarity with telehealth tools, electronic health records, and standard home-health quality metrics will make collaboration smooth, but I welcome your preferred workflow as long as we stay survey-ready.
Deliverables expected:
1. Executed Medical Director agreement.
2. Initial 90-day action plan covering the three focus areas.
3. Templates or checklists you’ll use for monthly reviews and staff education.
