Dietetic Registration Appeal Assistance

Job ID: 39724678

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I allowed my Registered Dietitian credential to lapse while I was recovering from serious health issues. Now that I’m well enough to return to work, I have twice petitioned the Commission on Dietetic Registration to reinstate my license and move straight back into practice—but both appeals were denied.

I’m ready to submit a final, stronger appeal and I need a specialist who understands credentialing and administrative review to guide me. You will:

• Analyze my prior appeal letters, the board’s denial responses, and their official appeals guidelines (all are already in hand).
• Pinpoint procedural or evidentiary gaps that undermined my earlier attempts.
• Craft a concise, persuasive new appeal that demonstrates why reinstatement without retaking the exam is justified, referencing current CDR policies and comparable precedents.
• Copy-edit every line for tone, clarity, and compliance so the submission feels authoritative yet personal.

Experience with healthcare licensure boards—especially dietetics or allied health—is ideal, but I’m open to anyone who can quickly learn the CDR framework, synthesize policy language, and write compelling advocacy. My goal is simple: regain active registration without having to sit the exam again.

If you can turn well-reasoned research into a letter that compels the board to reconsider, I would love to work with you.
