Chronic Pain Rehab Program Development

Job ID: 39812589

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m building out a rehabilitation therapy service that targets chronic pain management and need a practitioner who can translate clinical knowledge into a clear, step-by-step program my clients can follow at home or in-clinic.

What I already have: a general outline of conditions we treat (low-back pain, osteoarthritis, repetitive strain) and the assessment forms we use. Where I need help is turning that outline into a polished, evidence-based protocol that anyone on my team can deliver consistently.

Key areas I’d like you to cover
• A progressive 8–12 week exercise sequence (mobility, stability, strengthening, functional integration) with sets, reps, rest periods and contraindications noted.
• Brief education scripts that explain the “why” behind each phase in plain language.
• Safety guidelines and red-flag checkpoints so therapists know when to modify or refer out.
• Simple tracking sheets in Excel/Google Sheets for pain scores, range-of-motion and adherence.
• Printable handouts (PDF/Word) clients can take home, including diagrams or photo examples; you can supply either your own images or indicate where royalty-free ones fit.

I’ll provide brand fonts, colour codes and any existing clinic templates. Please ground recommendations in current research (Cochrane, JOSPT, etc.) and cite sources where relevant so the material stands up to professional scrutiny.

For acceptance, I’ll review:
1. Clinical accuracy and up-to-date references
2. Logical progression that accommodates flare-ups without derailing the plan
3. Clear, client-friendly language and formatting

If this sounds like your wheelhouse, tell me briefly about similar protocols you’ve created and the outcome they delivered. I’m ready to get started as soon as we agree on the structure.
