Cannabis database research
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Hello. We are a small cannabis education business in need of a medically knowledgeable researcher to help complete our cannabis education database. Our ideal researcher should have a background granting the ability to read, understand, and interpret scientific research, as well as be able to write a thorough, accurate, and user-friendly summary of relevant terpene research studies for inclusion into our cannabis research database.
Duties would include:
--Searching for and adding relevant scientific research studies into a pre-existing, in-process bibliography using AMA format and in chronological order of publication date. This information will be sorted by affected body system/disease and will include lab studies, in-vitro & in-vivo studies, patent applications, etc. that are relevant to human use of specified terpenes.
--Write a detailed, accurate summary of current research and historical/alternative medicine use standings for each designated terpene. Summaries to be sorted into pre-specified groupings by affected body system/disease control area.
--Add other terpene-containing plants into an associated spreadsheet for future inclusion in our subscriber database. Data to include plant scientific name, common name, and noted alternative medicine use.
As this is a particularly large order, the job has the potential to evolve into a longer-term contract, depending on satisfactory progress. Upon hire, researcher will be required to sign a non-disclosure, non-competition, IP agreement. Number of paid hours to be determined per mutual agreement upon hire.
We have attached examples of one of our published database terpene summaries and a snapshot of the associated bibliography and other terpene-containing plant spreadsheet. Researcher will be granted full database access for more relevancy upon hire.
