Reading and downloading MRI images currently on 2 cd disks (provided via WeTransfer)

I have MRI images on 2 cd's that is available on We Transfer. I have been provided the enclosed instructions from the hospital to view and download the images on a Mac and don't know how to go about accessing. These images need to be downloaded to send to a specialist doctor to obtain correct medical treatment. Thank you.
