IVD IFU Latvian Translation

The task is to render an English Instruction for Use for an in-vitro diagnostic medical device into clear, regulator-ready Latvian while preserving every heading, table, symbol and reference code exactly as they appear in the source file. Because this document falls under EU IVDR requirements, a solid background in medical devices is essential; each term must match the standard Latvian nomenclature used in regulatory submissions and on-pack leaflets.

Source material will be supplied in Word and I need the finished translation returned in the same editable Word format, with all formatting intact so it can flow straight into our labelling workflow.

• Internal QA check confirming consistency of terminology, units, warnings and mandatory statements
