English–Arabic Medical Translation
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am Dr. Muwafaq Aldelli, a physician with more than 25 years in frontline healthcare, health-insurance auditing and, most critically for this project, deep expertise in medical terminology. I now need a reliable linguistic partner who can mirror that same level of precision when translating medical content between English and Arabic.
Scope of work
• Documents: anything from clinical reports and scientific papers to patient‐facing brochures. The core requirement is an error-free, context-aware rendering of complex terms and data.
• Formats: most files will arrive as Word documents, although I may occasionally forward PDFs or scanned pages; please be comfortable handling them all.
• Volume: projects will vary—sometimes a single consent form, other times an entire dossier. I will brief you on length and timelines each time before we lock a milestone.
What I look for
• Native-level command of both languages with proven medical translation background.
• Full retention of tables, figures, citations and regulatory phrasing; no omissions, no machine translation shortcuts.
• Consistent terminology—CAT tools such as Trados or MemoQ are welcome if they help you maintain glossaries.
• Confidential handling of patient data and unpublished research.
Deliverable
A polished Arabic (or English) version returned in the original layout, plus a short terminology list for any newly coined or highly technical terms.
