Arabic-English Medical Survey Translation

I have an 18-item medical survey drafted in Arabic that I need rendered into clear, natural English for use in an academic research study. This is a part of a back-translation step within the full translation process from English to Arabic. We have already translated from English to Arabic. In the current step, we aim to translate the Arabic questions back to English. I want a translator whose first language is English but who is fully comfortable in Arabic so that any subtle intent in the original wording is preserved.
The task is straightforward: deliver an English version of each question. No specialised jargon appears in the text, but I still expect careful attention to medical nuance and readability. Once the draft is ready, we will hold a brief online meeting—video or voice—to walk through each item, clarify choices of wording, and lock the final version.

• A clean, editable document with the 18 translated questions (template is available).
• A short call (about 30 minutes) to review and finalise the translation with other translators.
