Arabic-English Medical Records Translation

I’m an Arabic-speaking physician and regularly receive patient records that must be available in flawless English—and, at times, English files that need to be rendered back into precise Arabic. I’m looking for a translator with advanced proficiency who is completely comfortable with specialized medical terminology across a broad range of disciplines, not just one area of medicine.
Scope of work
• Translate patient records both ways (Arabic ↔ English) while preserving clinical nuance, abbreviations, and formatting.
• Maintain HIPAA-style confidentiality; all material is highly sensitive.
• Flag any ambiguous terms or illegible handwriting so we can clarify before finalizing.
• Return the files in the same structure and file type you receive, ready for direct inclusion in electronic health records.
What will make you stand out
• Proven experience translating medical documents—especially discharge summaries, imaging reports, and lab results.
• Familiarity with EMR vocabulary and standard reference resources (e.g., Dorland’s, ICD-10).
• Commitment to quick turnaround when urgent cases arise.
