Advanced Medical Arabic Tutor

I am looking for a tutor who can push spoken Arabic in a clinical context. My reading and writing are solid, but I need high-level conversational drills that mirror real-world scenarios. Most sessions will revolve around:

• Must be clinical stage medical student or physician; preferred in internal medicine or rheumatology
• Role-playing patient interactions—history taking, explaining diagnoses, explaining treatment plan
• Discussing full medical cases in Arabic, from chief complaint to management plan, so I can speak fluidly with colleagues on rounds.
• Dialects: Gulf, Yemeni, or Shaami

Because I am already at an advanced level, I do not need basic grammar review; I need fast-paced dialogue, corrections on nuance, and targeted feedback after each session. If you have experience working with clinicians or teaching medical Arabic, even better. Sessions can be held over Zoom or Skype, two hours per week to start, with a shared document for vocabulary or notes that arise organically.
