I have done medical research i need to be reviewed +comment on it +adjusting if need + comment on the results based on data +add some tables & drawings

It full i need to be reviewed and adjust it based on the data if if needed need also to check the language and the paragraphs as well ,also need to put charts and table to make it more nice and readable,finaly comment on it and whats the negative point and positive points in it
