Radiologist for Implant Identification

I'm looking for an experienced radiologist to help with a medical imaging analysis.

The task involves:
- Identifying and confirming the presence of a biocompatible implant in hermetic sealing located in the middle ears, bilateral.
- The implant appears as round objects, approximately 3mm in size, causing neurogenic inflammation on the tympanic membrane and mucous membranes.

I will provide:
- High-resolution MRI Tesla 3 images
- Radiology report
- HRCT scan for comparison
- Normal MRI scan for reference

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in bio-compatible implants and hermetic encapsulation
- Proficiency in interpreting high-resolution MRI and HRCT scans
- Experience in generating detailed medical imaging reports
