Prostate Systematic Review & Meta-Analysis
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a full systematic review and meta-analysis that synthesises all peer-reviewed journal evidence on prostate-related conditions. The scope is strictly medical, so every step—from search strategy through statistical pooling—must align with current PRISMA and Cochrane guidance.
Here’s what I will provide:
• The precise clinical questions and PICOS framework.
• Any key search terms already identified.
• Access to my institutional EndNote account if you prefer to manage citations there.
What I expect in return:
• A reproducible search strategy executed across at least MEDLINE, Embase, and Cochrane Library, limited to peer-reviewed articles only. (Conference abstracts and trial registries are intentionally excluded.)
• A PRISMA flow diagram documenting record identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion.
• Risk-of-bias assessment using an appropriate tool (e.g., ROB 2 or Newcastle-Ottawa, depending on study designs).
• Data extraction tables covering study characteristics, outcomes, and effect sizes.
• Meta-analysis with pooled estimates, heterogeneity statistics, forest and funnel plots generated in RevMan, R (meta or metafor packages), or Stata—whichever you prefer, provided the code/output are shared.
• GRADE summary of findings and clear narrative interpretation of results.
• A draft manuscript formatted for submission to a urology or oncology journal.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Search strategy and extraction sheet pass independent replication.
2. Statistical code runs without errors on my machine.
3. Final narrative clearly addresses the clinical question and limitations.
