Oncology Meta-Analysis Co-Reviewer Needed
Budget: $100 – $350 USD
Project overview:
I am leading a PROSPERO-registered systematic review and meta-analysis in adult oncology. The protocol is finalized and approved. I am hiring one freelance medical research collaborator to serve as an independent second reviewer for screening, data extraction, in accordance with PRISMA 2020 methodology.
The full topic, PROSPERO registration number, and protocol will be shared privately with shortlisted candidates after initial screening of applications.
Deliverables:
Independent title and abstract screening of approximately 1,500–2,500 records in Pubmed/medline etc
Independent full-text screening of approximately 80–150 papers at the end
Independent data extraction from 15–20 included studies using a standardized Excel template (provided)
Risk of bias assessment (ROBINS-I and/or RoB 2.0) for all included studies
Required qualifications
MD, MBBS, PhD, or equivalent qualification in medicine, oncology, or a closely related clinical research field
Familiarity with PRISMA 2020 reporting standards and Meta analysis
Familiarity with ROBINS-I and RoB 2.0 risk of bias assessment tools
Working knowledge of Rayyan (or willing to learn)
Fluent professional English (written and spoken)
Target journals
Mid- to high-tier subspecialty journals in hematology. Publication is the explicit goal of the project.
