Medical Literature librarian needed to run databases search for a Meta-Analysis
Budget: $10 – $80 USD
I need an experienced medical librarian or systematic review search specialist to run literature searches for a PROSPERO-registered meta-analysis.
Sources to search (I will provide exact ready-to-paste search strings):
- Embase, Scopus (full document search, NOT Preview), and Web of Science Core Collection (NOT researcher-profile only)
- Trial registries: ClinicalTrials.gov, WHO ICTRP, EU Clinical Trials Register
- Conference abstracts 2018-2026: ASH, EHA, EBMT, Tandem/ASTCT, ASCO
- PRESS 2015 peer review of the search strategy
For each source I need: the genuine exported results in RIS format (with abstracts), a screenshot showing the search query + result count + 2018-onward date filter, and the exact count and date. Results must come from the actual databases - web-scraped or AI-generated substitutes are not acceptable.
You MUST have genuine institutional document-search access to Scopus and Web of Science. Before award, I will ask for a quick live test search to verify access.
To apply: state which databases you can genuinely search and export from, show proof of institutional access (redacted), and give your quote and start date.
Thanks
