Medical Conference Research Intern Needed: 2026–2027 India + International Conference Database: I am looking for a medical research intern/research assistant to create a detailed database of medical conferences for 2026 and 2027 in India and internationally.
The work involves searching, verifying, and compiling high-quality medical conferences relevant to medical students, interns, doctors, researchers, and early-career clinicians. The focus should be on surgery, vascular surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, neurosurgery, radiology, interventional radiology, oncology, AI in medicine, digital health, public health, medical research, and healthcare innovation.
The final deliverable should be a clean Excel/Google Sheet with the following details: conference name, specialty, organising society, country, city, conference dates, abstract submission deadline, registration deadline, eligibility, poster/oral presentation options, travel grants, registration fee, official website, abstract submission link, contact email, relevance score, and notes.
The freelancer must verify every conference from official sources. Fake, predatory, or low-quality commercial conferences should be excluded or clearly marked. Priority should be given to recognised societies, universities, hospitals, medical associations, and academic institutions.
Expected deliverables:
1. Minimum 100 verified conferences, ideally 150–250 if available.
2. Separate top 25 priority conferences for medical students/doctors.
3. Separate top 25 conferences for surgery/radiology/interventional specialties.
4. Separate top 25 conferences for research/AI/healthcare innovation.
5. Deadline tracker for abstract submissions and registrations.
6. Official source links for every entry.
