Counselling: Where do I get funds for research on a Rare Disease (RD)?

Hello!
I am a member of a platform for medication safety .
We are dedicated to researching PSSD, PFS, PGAD, and PRSD. The number of affected individuals is dramatically high, but many cases go unreported.
Currently, our scientific research is funded through private donations.
I have been tasked with seeking funding opportunities for the research.
I have tried to find calls and tenders that support research, but it's quite difficult to find what I need.
It would be nice if somebody who is familiar with this topic would provide his expertise and tell me how / where to apply for such funds.
