Comprehensive Diabetes & Tetanus Review

Job ID: 40354239

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I need a detailed literature review that I can rely on for upcoming policy and patient-education materials. The project has two clearly separated sections:

1. Diabetes management
• Explore the full landscape of medication and treatment options (from first-line metformin through the newest GLP-1/GIP combinations).
• Examine diet and lifestyle interventions with solid evidence behind them, including low-carb, Mediterranean, and exercise regimens.
• Map out recent technological advancements such as continuous glucose monitoring, hybrid closed-loop pumps, and smartphone-based coaching tools.

2. Tetanus
• Concentrate exclusively on prevention—vaccine schedules, booster timing, wound-care protocols, and current WHO/CDC recommendations.

Sources
I’m only interested in clinical trials (randomised, controlled, or large observational cohorts). Please mine PubMed, Cochrane Library, and similar databases; grey literature is not required.

Deliverables
• A single, well-structured report (Word or Google Doc) with the two sections above, each beginning with a concise executive summary.
• Completed reference list in AMA format plus DOI links.
• An appendix table that rates study quality (GRADE or comparable scale).

Acceptance criteria
– Minimum of 40 high-quality clinical trials on diabetes and 15 on tetanus prevention.
– No study older than 15 years unless it is still the gold standard.
– All claims backed by citations; no secondary quoting.

If you have a background in medical research and are comfortable synthesising large volumes of trial data into clear, actionable insights, I’m ready to start immediately and can provide quick feedback on drafts.
