Medical Record Summary
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 CAD
Need someone with experience to help put together a proposal and ultimately implement (if successful proposal):
Generate structured data from multiple unstructured, raw, sources including, but not limited to: physician written records, laboratory reports, diagnostics, pathology, surgeries, and imaging
Map structured data to industry standard data models (i.e. LOINC, ICD9, ICD10, CPT, SNOMED)
A data conversion approach to create structured data and subsequent summaries from unstructured data
