Sourcing of private/public medical surgery service contacts (EU)

Looking for a list or individual references of surgeon(s)/hospital(s)/clinic(s) in European Union countries ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Union ) who can perform upon request, laparoscopic gallbladder-preserving cholelithotomy surgeries.

Important: Please notice this procedure is different from the commonly practiced "laparoscopic cholecystectomy" surgery, which removes the gallbladder and is the "gold standard" used in Western standard of care.

NOTES:

1) You will find that the service of "laparoscopic cholecystectomy" surgery is available in virtually all hospitals across Europe. Notice that such is not the required procedure (see explanation above). Requesting the contacted party to get confirmation from their lead doctor is advisable, to avoid misinterpretation and loss of time.

2) The list should include doctors/hospitals from Europe mainly. Payment is of 250 USD/lead upon confirmation with the said party that such service indeed is available. Minimum payment of $500 even if only one lead is found.

3) Leads from Russia and China are excluded. Leads from Turkey are accepted (Excluding a well known surgeon with initials H.A.).
