ICD-10-AM Inpatient Coding
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a seasoned medical coder to assign accurate ICD-10-AM codes to a collection of Saudi-based inpatient cases and fill out the corresponding medical reports. All work must follow the Kingdom’s current clinical coding standards and auditing rules.
You will receive:
• Complete clinical documentation for each admission
• My existing, pre-formatted report template (Word) that you will populate
What I expect in return:
• Correct principal and secondary diagnosis codes, procedure codes and DRG grouping where applicable
• Clear, concise completion of every field in the template—no layout changes required
• Consistency with Saudi Ministry of Health conventions and ICD-10-AM 10th Edition guidelines
• Secure handling of all patient information
I will spot-check a sample of records; flawless code selection and clean, professional report entries will serve as the acceptance criteria. If you have deep ICD-10-AM experience in KSA hospitals and can turn work around reliably, I’m ready to send the first batch straight away.
