I need a billing specialist

I would like to re-open a practice in ky for occupational therapy pelvic floor. I need someone who is well versed in medicare, medicaid credentialing and billing as well as general insurance. I am already credentialed with some insurances. I need someone who can reconcile payments and complete PARS and other necessary approvals for medicare and medicaid. I am an OT and would love to start a business in KY and potentially add other therapists. Interested in one charge for credentialing and a set percentage of 10% of everything billed and approved.
