837 flat file (EDI) to pritnable form

Good day. We have 837 Medicare billing data that needs to be converted to a printable form for audit purposes. The format is fixed and the data resides in a SQL database. We need the ablility to reproduce a generic form, similar in nature to the 835. The format is best described here: https://apexedi.com/read-edi-837-file/

I am looking for a rough estimate of cost so we can budget for the work.
